Student Admission Process
- Parents book an appointment to meet the admission officer and have a tour in school and providing basic details about the student and family.
- Submit the Application Form, parents fill out the school’s admission form at the Admissions Office.

Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted:
- Copy of the student’s & both parents’ passport/ ID.
- Birth certificate.
- Recent school reports or transcript with school stamp and attested.
- Vaccination record.
- Passport-sized photos.

Parent Interview

Non OLNG Parents will be invited to an admissions interview. This interview will cover topics such as:
- School fees
- Parent and school responsibilities
- Student Pre-entry Assessments

Students with learning needs
We welcome students with all abilities into the HASIS learning community. To ensure that we are able to support all students we ask that parents of students who have divergent learning needs to organize a meeting with our Learning and Wellbeing Team so that we can ensure a successful entry into our school and a successful long term parent-school partnership

Student Assessment
Students may be asked to complete an entrance assessment in English and Mathematics. The entrance assessment will be reviewed by the appropriate Head of Department and results will be communicated with parents.

Application Review
Where necessary the Learning and Wellbeing Team in partnership with The Admissions Team will review all documents and assessment results to if the student can be accepted.

Enrollment Confirmation from school & MOE.
When all aspects of the enrolment are completed according to the Ministry of Education requirements parents will be notified of their start dates.

Orientation & Start of School
The school provides details about the student’s first day, timetable, and first day procedures.
